Suitable for beginners to advance, we also offer specialised sessions for Rehabilitation, Seniors, Pregnancy and Post Natal.

Our Live sessions have proven extremely effective results as clients are given access of their session recordings providing an excellent tool for corrections and self practice. Great if you are interstate or overseas! Pilates teachers love this as it helps to keep active and enjoy the wonderful benefits of a regular Pilates practice with eyes on you!

Our Lessons are tailored to your specific needs, with a focus on healing the whole being from breath to movement and exercise, strength and grace leading to optimum health.

Duration is either 70 or 40 minutes.

Live Pilates Group Class

Group class focused on correction of movement patterns through breath and a system of exercises that will help to bring grace and strength to the body leading to optimum health.
